Gabriela Padvaiskas is looking forward to meeting you!
Gabriela is looking forward to working with you! You may have seen her before! We initially met Gabriela when we took her on as an internship student a few years back. She flourished in her studies and is now part of our team! As a Certified Athletic Therapist and one of our trainers, she is ready to get you into shape and help you with any injury. She will create an Action Plan and see your plan from beginning to end and ensure you get better, faster!
Gabriela graduated in 2015 from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Specialization in Athletic Therapy. She completed internships with a number of sports teams including Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Rugby and the Montreal Alouettes, as well as in different clinics including our team here at SPORT Specialists. Since becoming a certified athletic therapist, she has worked with gymnastics, football, basketball, soccer, track and field, and hockey teams. Growing up, she competed in high-level gymnastics, soccer and track and field, leading to varsity soccer and the practice of capoeira. Throughout her sports career, she has always been interested in how the human body moves and functions and how this relates to sports. To further her knowledge, Gabriela is studying at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques and looks forward to applying her new skills. Her desire is to help people overcome injuries and dysfunctions by finding the cause while keeping them motivated and goal-driven in the process.
