…Sit ups and machine training put you 180 degrees OUT OF PHASE with what a golfer should be able to do? A great golfer rotates and EXTENDS the spine. He/she does not FLEX it. A golfer stands up, shifts his/her weight, and has exceptional posture and rotation. Sitting in a machine goes against the grain and produces a linear and repeated movement that WILL eventually produce a Pattern Overload.
…Focusing your eyes when exercising will produce much better results! If you are doing an extension exercise, look up! You will notice better movement! If you rotate, turn your head and use your eyes to look farther! It works! Repeat this all the time and expect better results!
