3 SNEAKY tips on STICKING to your exercise plan!

We've all been there…Do I go to the gym?  Do I NOT go to the gym?  Consistency is the key in everything  we do!  Here are some easy tips you can try the next time you are debating going to the gym!

Place your running shoes by your bed side and put them on right when you get out of bed. Walk around the house for little bit, do 2 exercises or walk outside. By putting them on and taking these little steps, you will be less inclined to take them off because you have already got the ball rolling and you are moving. Your guilt will tell you to NOT take them off!

Stretch and foam roll when you are watching TV! A one hour episode usually has 6 2-minute commercial breaks in there. That is a grand total of 12 minutes worth of stretching and exercising that you would not have done otherwise

Place a little squeeze of lemon into your water for taste. Often people are not inclined to drink water because they don’t like the “taste”. Well, squeeze something flavorful into it in order for you to make sure that you can get the requisite amount of water for your daily intake!
