Ja·cob's lad·der

OUR definition:
A GREAT piece of equipment that will help burn oodles of calories!
How does it work?
It is primarily a low impact exercise that resembles climbing a wall at a 40 degree angle. Because of this angle there is more hip flexion and extension, using more of your thighs and glutes than the stair master or the elliptical machine. With upper arms supporting, it is also a great tool to stabilize your upper back and at the same time can be used as a diagnostic tool by us to see whether or not you are using one leg more than the other.
As part of a proper training routine for strength, coordination and overall weight control, the Jacob’s Ladder can’t be beat!
As it has been coined,” It is the easiest machine to work hard on!”
