Sometimes it is hard to take our own advice however, as Melanie has found out recently. A mom of 2 little girls and a business owner, she has little time for herself. Motivated by our members to take her health into her own hands, she is starting her own blog on the SPORT Specialists website. With the help of the POLAR band, Melanie is going to keep track of how many steps she takes per day while making sure she reaches her daily exercise goals.
