WANT TO BURN SOME FAT?
Try this and be amazed!
The next time you go to the gym, set yourself a goal that you will complete the workout in 25 minutes and know that you will be burning calories the rest of the day and that evening! (provided your intensity is high!) Your program is as follows:
- A lower body exercise
- An upper body exercise
- A combination of the 2
- A core exercise
- 1 minute of hard cardio
- 2 minutes of active recovery (stretching and rolling trouble spots)
If all goes well, each one of these exercises should take less than 1 minute! THEREFORE, you should be done 1 circuit (including your stretch and roll) in 7 minutes! Repeat this circuit 3x and you should be done in 21 minutes!!
And…there is no rest! EVERY body part gets somewhat of a rest with this routine. HOWEVER, you are still moving your body, which doesn’t give your lungs a break! Then you get a chance to rest everything and stretch and foam roll a total of FOUR times (providing you roll BEFORE you train…which you SHOULD!) WHEN ELSE would you find someone stretching and rolling 4x in ONE training session?
For some fun, make up 3 different routines you can alternate with.
Using this method of training using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) will also really guide you to burn the most amount of fat effectively! We do Polar HRM classes and we encourage you to come by and try out one of our popular Metabolic Classes with the HRMs!
