Healthy Lunch Box
Due to the amount of pictures we received last week of all our members in action in their daily lives, we've decided to continue on with the theme of overall wellness. Health does not only mean the number of times you head to the gym per week, but also the healthy choices you make in your own lives as well! Last week we stressed the importance of leading an active lifestyle- whether it be walking to the grocery store, biking to the pool or just participating in your favorite sport, it is important to keep moving!
This week we're tackling the daunting task of bringing a healthy lunch with you to work. Work does not always mean in an office space! It could also be packing a healthy picnic for you and your children while at the pool, keeping a well-balanced lunch with you in the car while visiting clients or just finding the time to sit down to ensure you're eating regularly. We will be featuring one of our staff member's lunch everyday to give you ideas of what to keep with you to stay focused, maintain energy levels and keep you satisfied!
Today we have Natasha's yummy lunch!
She had a delicious wrap consisting of the following:
- pesto wrap
- spinach
- tomatoes
- mango
- avocado
- brie cheese
Pair this with a handful of almonds, a yogurt to-go, a big glass of water and you're good to go!
