Enjoy your cheats!
Well we are coming towards the end of week 3 of the D2S (Drop 2 Sizes) and I am staying on track. I actually feel like I have more energy and the changes were not so hard to adopt.
I realized that I was actually cheating more often than I thought on a regular basis. Now that I am tracking what I am eating and I am only allowed 4 cheats per week I really make those count. Before I would skip meals simply due to bad organization and then I would be famished at the next meal and overeat. I also have a sweet tooth and almost indulged on a nightly basis. Now I stay on track all day to be able to splurge when it really counts. Girlfriends coming over for dinner definitely qualifies as a cheat where drinking wine and having desert is on the menu. Taking the time to plan your week, prepare your healthy meals and snacks and slot in those so deserving cheats is the winning formula.
It is even interesting that your body does not feel well when you do actually cheat, I am craving less sweets and feeling less bloated and tired. When I do get urges in the evening plain Greek yogurt with a little drizzle of honey does the trick for me.
