A sneaky tip to get you started for your morning exercise routine
Want a sneaky tip to help get you started for your morning exercise routine?
Place your running shoes by your bed side and put them on right when you get out of bed. Walk around the house for little bit, do 2 exercises or walk outside. By putting them on and taking these little steps, you will be less inclined to take them off because you have already got the ball rolling and you are moving. Your guilt will tell you to NOT take them off!
You have already met and worked with Arielle at our studio. She not only works as a trainer/coach at our studio, she is also a Certified Atlhletic Therapist and she will begin treating clients after Labour Day.
Like all of our Athletic Therapists, she has a hands on approach to treating injuries. Arielle, with her keen eye on movement corrections and having been treating high level McGill varsity athletes for the past year, is a key asset to our studio.
Arielle joined the S.P.O.R.T. Specialists team in Jan. 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Western Ontario and pursued a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University. Upon completion of her internships with the Cobras de Terrebone Jr. AAA hockey team and the National Circus School, Arielle became a certified Athletic Therapist. As a retired competitive gymnast, Arielle continues her involvement in sport through coaching young competitive gymnasts at Club Gymnix. Her interest in the development of young athletes has drawn her to work as a therapist with multiple teams and sporting events for gymnastics, cheerleading, football, soccer, and hockey. She aims to help clients gain the mobility, stability, and strength needed to succeed in their sport and physical activities.
