Meet Mark!
Golf. Fitness. Training. Unfortunately, he had hurt himself 7 years ago with a bad move in a gym and felt his right back give way. After undergoing a laminectomy to help him with his back, “things got progressively better but still not great”. He was left with some peripheral neuropathy down his right leg and foot.
A later unfortunate incident in April 2017 had him pushing a sled when training, forced his right Achilles a bit too much and heard a pop and felt nothing due to the neuropathy but noticed he had very little control of his foot. A classic sign and symptom of a complete rupture.
Another surgery was required. Fast forward to today, with Mark’s discipline and wanting to get back on the golf course, he really wanted to make sure that the proper steps were being followed and we were super happy to provide the guidance for him!
“In mid-summer 2018, I played 2 games back to back walking 18 holes both days. In August, I was able to play 3 days in a row and woke up the next morning and revelled in the fact that I didn’t have to worry that my back and ankle would be toast!”
“Your place works because of the knowledge and expertise you all have in all facets of quality therapy and quality supervised training and are perfect for people who are active and non-active”
We are thrilled with Mark’s constant progress and we have constant tune ups and dialogue in order to ensure that he is heading in the right direction.
Mark, we would gladly fit you with a green jacket because of your great work ethic!
“Fore” the love of the game! See you at the studio!
