Drink plenty of water!
The best way to calculate this is to divide your body weight in pounds in half and this will give you the amount of water you need in ounces per day!
Example: 150lbs / 2 = 75 ounces water/day
This may sound like a lot for many, but do not do this in 1 day, or else you WILL be in the bathroom often! It is not that much…75 ounces translates to 2.2 Litres which is just a bit over 4 small water bottles! Take 2 big sips per hour and there you have it!
Do this gradually over the course of 1 month and you will easily be at 75 ounces (in our example) every day!
