Making time for me!
I have had many clients come to me saying that they can't seem to find the time to get everything done. Lately I have been guilty of this as well, I constantly put myself last on my to do list. Just when I think I have completed a series of tasks and I will have a little breathing room more things get added! However, like I say to my clients, you need to make the time for your own health and well being. About time that I practice what I preach and hold myself accountable. This is why I have decided to start this blog to help me stay on track and share my strategies for healthy living. I encourage you to share your experiences so we can all support each other and lead healthier lives.
My goal is to reach 12000 steps per day, sleep 7 hours, and drink more water. Today I achieved 10,889 steps, I slept 6 hours, drank 5 glasses of water and completed one of our metabolic classes. I fell short of my desired goal today but will try to complete my steps tomorrow. I will keep you posted.
