Fitness & Reconditioning

  • Pre- and post- surgical joint preparation and conditioning:
    • Clients have sought out our professional services because of our attention to detail when it comes to preparing them pre-surgery and helping them with post surgery rehab as well so they have the best chance of recuperation with the least amount of pain.
  • Biomechanical analysis:
    • With the advent of modern technology, we often use video and slow motion video analysis to further ascertain if there are any imbalances that we can help with your situation. Home programs are also often given via video so that there is best chance of success when you are doing your exercises at home or at your fitness facility.
  • Conditioning programs for fitness and/or sport:
    • For almost a quarter of a century, The SPORT Specialists have been instrumental in the West Island and in the Montreal community at large applying their expertise in fitness and injury prevention to your local sports teams, doctors, fellow therapy students and inviting various professional speakers to enlighten our clients with their expertise.
  • Personal training:
    • Our one-on-one personal training studio allows a the most personalized approach. We take into account your goals, needs, and create an effective Action Plan to achieve your desired results.

What is Reconditioning?
