We begin with a detailed evaluation to understand the nature and extent of your injury. This includes a range of motion testing, strength and stability checks, and movement analysis to guide your personalized treatment plan.
Hands-on manual therapy:
Our certified Athletic Therapists use techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, and stretching to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support healing.
Therapeutic exercise programming:
Once the injury is stabilized, we introduce progressive rehab exercises to rebuild strength, balance, and functional movement—always tailored to your sport, lifestyle, and recovery goals.
Education and prevention:
You’ll leave each session with a deeper understanding of your body, your injury, and how to avoid future setbacks. Home programs and movement strategies are part of your recovery toolkit.
