Read the ingredients!
Here is the nutritional information from a can of Diet Coke:
“Ingredients: carbonated water, caramel, color, phosphoric and citric acid, aspartame (contains phenylalanine), flavors, sodium benzoate, caffeine, acesulfamine-potassium”
Here is a can that mentions that this is “for calorie-reduced diets.”
This can, however, has no calories, no fat, no sugar!
You know what? A glass of water has no calories, no fat and no sugar too! Why put all these artificial, hard-to-pronounce chemicals into your body?
The scary thing is that even if you have 1 per day, you are having 365 cans per year, 3,650 cans in 10 years and 7, 300 cans in 20 years!
Water or diet coke? hmmm…
Food for thought!
