15 Years in Business… and Many More to Look Forward to!
Life is like a seagull floating on the ocean- Whether the water is calm or turbulent; the seagull stays afloat and rides the wave. I’d like to think that is what Melanie and I have done over the last 15 years!
Our legacy: To have made a dent in the fitness and Athletic Therapy community and to continuously inspire others. Whether it is other professionals or just your average Joe/Jane, we want to encourage everyone to be better every day; for health, prosperity and longevity!
With the uncertainty of starting a new business, we are extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished over the past 15 years and hope to keep taking chances along the way!
It has not always been smooth sailing. Just like when you are on the open road, there are choices that you must take that might not be that obvious. Should you turn left or right? Drive for 12 more miles or take a rest? Stop and ask for directions or try and figure it out yourself (this answer is obvious to most men)? The choices are endless and not always clear cut. Melanie and I have had tough decisions to make along the way that we like to think were right! Whether this is true or not doesn’t matter as we moved forward and rode the wave!!
We luckily weren’t alone for the ride! I have said it before and I will say it again- we have such an amazing team!! Because of them the early mornings are enjoyable! They give us the support needed to keep moving forward.
And we certainly cannot forget our members!! We would never have been able to get this far without them! Their trust in what we do keeps driving us to make our business better! For that, we say, “THANK YOU!”
If we think about how things have changed from only 6 months ago until now we’re excited to think about where we’ll be in the next 6 as well! We expect to be doing things even better as we continue to evolve and progress. We want to change the way Athletic Therapy & Fitness conditioning are done in Montreal!
