3 MORE of the best fat burning tips:

  1. Really TRY and get more sleep: 8 hours is ideal and this comes down to time management…strive for 8 but if you get 6 or 7 solid hours, that is better nothing!
  2. Eliminate sugars and their derivatives: essentially, if the ingredient ends in “-ose” OR if you cannot pronounce the word, it’s safe to say that it has been manufactured artificially!   This means NO MALTOSE, NO DEXTROSE, NO MALTODEXTRIN, NO SUCRALOSE, NO ASPARTAME, and NO GLUCOSE!
  3. Eat something for breakfast: DO NOT walk out of your house only having eaten toast and peanut butter, a muffin, and/or coffee! Include a substantial protein in there and if you do NOT presently eat breakfast, EAT something like a yogurt and granola…The excuse of not being able to is only because YOU have PROGRAMMED yourself that way!
