KALE chips: ADDICTIVE and SUPER potent!!

For someone looking for  SUPER healthy treat:

You must learn how to make kale salad!  All you need is a bunch of fresh kale, olive oil and a small sprinkle of celtic (or just regular) sea salt.

  • Set oven to 375F
  • Cut the kale with scissors into rough pieces (not too small though as they shrink a bit) but discard (read composite!) the stems
  • Place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle some olive oil on them and a bit of sea salt
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes and VOILA!
