So excited to share my new purchase with all of you! I recently bought a “spiralizer” which is quite the handy gadget when it comes to saving time in the kitchen. So far I”ve twirled my zucchini for sides and salads- makes it festive! Check out my latest recipe below- spiral slicer needed!
Zucchini, tomato, basil salad
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini (Spiraled)
- handful cut cherry tomatoes
- chopped 1/4 cup cucumber
- feta cheese (as much as you want!)
- basil leaves
- 1-2 hard boiled eggs
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your salad bowl. I added olive oil and balsamic as dressing and enjoy!
