En raison de cette incroyable mobilit&eacute;, la stabilit&eacute; de l&#39;&eacute;paule est compromise. Avec le temps, les sports, les mouvements r&eacute;p&eacute;titifs, une mauvaise posture, les anciennes blessures, l&rsquo;&eacute;paule d&eacute;veloppe des tensions musculaires et souffre &eacute;ventuellement d&rsquo;un manque de mobilit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exercices correctifs sur lesquels vous pouvez travailler&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mobilit&eacute;&nbsp;: un simple exercice de pendule en tenant un poids ou non&nbsp;afin de bouger l&rsquo;&eacute;paule dans toutes les directions et en augmentant progressivement l&rsquo;amplitude de mouvement. Cela aidera &agrave; soulager les tensions dans la capsule de l&rsquo;&eacute;paule.<\/li>\n<li>Stabilit&eacute;&nbsp;: l&rsquo;alphabet au mur avec ballon suisse. Appuyez le ballon au mur et &eacute;crivez l&rsquo;alphabet en grosse lettres pour stimuler &agrave; la fois la stabilit&eacute; et la mobilit&eacute; de la ceinture scapulaire.<\/li>\n<li>Force&nbsp;: Rotations avec tube &eacute;lastique vers l&rsquo;int&eacute;rieur et l&rsquo;ext&eacute;rieur pour contr&ocirc;ler les muscles de la coiffe des rotateurs.
