Les vert&egrave;bres de la colonne dorsale sont con&ccedil;ues pour &ecirc;tre tr&egrave;s mobiles en flexion, extension, flexions lat&eacute;rales et en rotation.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, trop souvent nous remarquons que les gens sont tr&egrave;s limit&eacute;s dans ces mouvements. Pire encore, plusieurs sont limit&eacute;s d&rsquo;un c&ocirc;t&eacute; plus que l&rsquo;autre. Cela va assur&eacute;ment cr&eacute;er un probl&egrave;me, il ne s&rsquo;agit qu&rsquo;une question de temps!<\/p>\n<p>Voici un excellent exercice qui aborde les probl&egrave;mes de mobilit&eacute; dans toute les facettes de l&rsquo;amplitude de mouvement du thorax.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&Agrave; quatre pattes, placez une main sur la nuque<\/li>\n<li>SANS fl&eacute;chir &agrave; la taille ni au bras de support, rentrez et amenez le coude en dessous pour tenter de toucher le genou oppos&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>Redressez votre bras vers le haut en l&rsquo;ouvrant &laquo;&nbsp;comme une aile&nbsp;&raquo; de mani&egrave;re &agrave; ce que la poitrine soit &agrave; l&rsquo;oppos&eacute; du bras de support<\/li>\n<li>R&eacute;p&eacute;tez ceci plusieurs fois par c&ocirc;t&eacute; et le tout plusieurs fois par jour et tranquillement vous gagnerez beaucoup de mobilit&eacute; dans votre colonne dorsale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La colonne dorsale est compos&eacute;e de 12 vert&egrave;bres s&rsquo;&eacute;talant du bas du cou jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la partie sup&eacute;rieure du bas du dos.
