Nous discuterons du Upper Cross Syndrome dans un autre segment de notre Conseil Fitness de la Semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le Lower Cross Syndrome, les muscles abdominaux et les fessiers (qui devraient &ecirc;tre les plus forts de notre corps!) deviennent plus faibles alors que les fl&eacute;chisseurs et le bas du dos deviennent plus courts et serr&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Une fa&ccedil;on simple d&rsquo;&eacute;valuer ceci est de demander &agrave; quelqu&rsquo;un de vous prendre en photo de c&ocirc;t&eacute; (camisole\/t-shirt et short, pas de bas ou souliers) et d&rsquo;utiliser un fil &agrave; plomb qui descend du plafond comme r&eacute;f&eacute;rence pour voir dans quelle position votre pelvis et bas du dos se retrouve. Ne forcer pas une bonne posture en essayant de vous tenir bien droit &hellip; apr&egrave;s tout nous voulons savoir a TOUT PRIX de quoi nous avons l&rsquo;air quand personne ne regarde! C&rsquo;est la fa&ccedil;on la moins biais&eacute;e de faire cette &eacute;valuation.<\/p>\n<p>Une fa&ccedil;on simple de corriger ce d&eacute;s&eacute;quilibre est d&rsquo;&eacute;tirer et d&rsquo;allonger tous les muscles raccourcis et de renforcer tous les muscles longs et faibles. &Ccedil;a ne devrait pas &ecirc;tre un exercice si difficile &agrave; faire.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les &eacute;tapes &agrave; suivre&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &Eacute;tirer vos muscles psoas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Renforcer vos fessiers en travaillant sur des exercices d&rsquo;extension des hanches<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Renforcer votre torse en faisant une s&eacute;rie de planches N&rsquo;oubliez pas que l&rsquo;entrainement et le conditionnement devraient toujours inclure des corrections posturales afin de renforcer encore plus votre posture!
