D<\/p>\n<p>Way too many of us do not sleep nearly enough and even with good intentions, we do not abide by some&nbsp;rules allowing us to sleep more soundly.&nbsp; This will help with vast improvements in your health,&nbsp; body image, body weight, health and energy levels.<\/p>\n<p>Many of us work indoor and are exposed to articfical lights and screens that alter our natural internal physiological rhythm of the sun.&nbsp; Here are some interesting facts:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 20% of our population is chronically sleep deprived (essentially 1 out 5 people)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 75% of sleep involves the body relaxing and repairing itself<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25% of sleep involves active brain waves and energy is suplied ot the brain<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Among some of the many tips that are listed in this book, the following 3 tips are great ideas for improving your quality of sleep:<\/p>\n<p>1. Defend your last hour: Calm your system down 1 hour prior to sleeping and that includes no TV or screens as they do the exact opposite)<\/p>\n<p>2. Keep your room cool at night when sleeping<\/p>\n<p>3.
