Examinez les exemples suivants&nbsp;: pelleter, patiner, jouer au golf, jouer au tennis, skier, courser en bateaux dragon, etc. TOUS ces exemples requi&egrave;rent plus d&rsquo;une articulation afin de cr&eacute;er leur mouvement. Comprenez-vous pourquoi une extension des triceps ou une &eacute;l&eacute;vation lat&eacute;rale des &eacute;paules n&rsquo;auront aucun impact sur votre &eacute;lan au golf ou votre technique de nage?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Par cons&eacute;quent, il faut int&eacute;grer des mouvements fatiguant plusieurs articulations dans vos entra&icirc;nements (ex. squats, fentes, se pencher, pousser, tirer ou la rotation) afin de se tonifier, &ecirc;tre plus fort et pr&eacute;venir les blessures.&nbsp;
