Exercice excentrique de quadriceps &agrave; genoux, 10-15 rep:<\/p>\n<p>Commencez &agrave; genoux (sans &ecirc;tre assis sur vos talons) sur une surface confortable. Activer les abdominaux et laissez votre corps tomber vers l&rsquo;arri&egrave;re. Vous sentirez un &eacute;tirement dans les quadriceps. Revenez en position de d&eacute;part et r&eacute;p&eacute;tez 10-15x.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. &lsquo;&rsquo;Monster Walk&rsquo;&rsquo; avec bandelette &eacute;lastique, 10 pas avant et arri&egrave;re jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; fatigue musculaire&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>Commencez avec la bandelette autour des genoux en quart de squat (mini squat). Prenez un pas vers l&rsquo;avant &agrave; 45o avec l&rsquo;&eacute;lastique sous tension, en restant dans votre position de mini squat. Avancez 10 pas vers l&rsquo;avant et revenez au d&eacute;part en prenant 10 pas vers l&rsquo;arri&egrave;re. R&eacute;p&eacute;tez la marche jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce que vos fessiers brulent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Sauts squats 90o avec rotation des hanches, 10 rep chaque cot&eacute;&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>Commencez en position squat, levez-vous rapidement et sautez pour tourner vos hanches &agrave; 90o SANS BOUGER le torse.
