L\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du sable sur les plages est parfaite pour ceci. C\u2019est fatiguant mais tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour stabiliser le bas de la jambe.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00eame principe s\u2019applique pour la main!<\/p>\n<p>Remplissez un sceau avec du sable ou avec du riz. Plongez votre main \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du sceau de sable et faites bougez vos doigts et votre main. Alors que votre main est immerg\u00e9 dans le sable, essayer d\u2019ouvrir et de fermer vos doigts, essayer d\u2019attraper le sable, tourner votre poignet \u2026 quelconque mouvement afin de fatiguer les petits muscles de votre main qui ne sont pas souvent sollicit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci est une m\u00e9thode d\u2019entra\u00eenement de la vieille \u00e9cole que les halt\u00e9rophiles avaient l\u2019habitude d\u2019utiliser pour am\u00e9liorer leur grip.
