La voici&hellip; Tous les muscles du corps sont munis d&rsquo;une enveloppe: le fascia.&nbsp; Le fascia est une membrane continue qui englobe tous les muscles du corps et forme des cha&icirc;nes de connexions entre ceux-ci.&nbsp; Tout comme les muscles, le fascia peut devenir tendu. Lors d&rsquo;un manque de flexibilit&eacute; chronique, le fascia est parfois le coupable!
