Fr&eacute;quence&nbsp;: alternez la fr&eacute;quence &agrave; laquelle vous vous entra&icirc;nez (passez de 3 jours par semaine &agrave; 4 ou 5 jours par semaine).<\/p>\n<p>2. Intensit&eacute;&nbsp;: augmentez votre intensit&eacute; chaque fois que vous mettez le pied dans le centre.<\/p>\n<p>3. Temps&nbsp;: raccourcissez le temps de repos entre les exercices ce qui diminuera la r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration. Cela vous forcera &agrave; prendre vos repos pendant les plateaux.<\/p>\n<p>4.
