However, we often see our walkers, runners and triathletes run between 15 and 65 miles per week leading up to an event. This translates to 30, 000 to 130, 000 steps per week! Now add to that an imbalance in the hip or knee or ankle! The body will only take us so far until it gets fed up and creates pain in a valiant attempt to stop us for torturing ourselves further!<\/p>\n

Pain will then be expresses as plantar fasciitis, hip bursitis, muscle tension, hip imbalances, low back pain etc.<\/p>\n
