Certains livres auront un contenu formidable, mais plus souvent qu&rsquo;autrement, l&rsquo;&eacute;quilibre &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;exercices correctifs n&rsquo;est pas enti&egrave;rement explor&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d&eacute;j&agrave; mentionn&eacute; dans nos conseils d&rsquo;entra&icirc;nements auparavant:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;&nbsp;&Eacute;tirez ce qui est tendu, renforcissez ce qui est faible, dans cet ordre pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment&nbsp;&raquo; et vous atteindrez un corps mieux &eacute;quilibr&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voici 2 exemples avec lesquelles vous remarquerez et sentirez la diff&eacute;rence:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EXEMPLE #1:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Assoyez-vous le dos droit sur une chaise pendant la lecture de ce conseil et croisez une cheville par dessus l&rsquo;autre genou et inclinez-vous vers l&rsquo;avant &agrave; partir des hanches. Tenez la position pendant 5 secondes.<br \/>\nMaintenant r&eacute;p&eacute;tez le m&ecirc;me mouvement avec la cheville oppos&eacute;e. Tenez la position pendant 5 secondes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vous devriez remarquer qu&rsquo;un c&ocirc;t&eacute; s&rsquo;av&eacute;rera plus tendu que l&rsquo;autre.&nbsp;&nbsp;Si cela est le cas, &eacute;tirez le c&ocirc;t&eacute; qui est le plus tendu &#8212; votre corps vous le DEMANDE! &Agrave; pr&eacute;sent, imaginez que vous courrez ou que vous vous entra&icirc;nez avec une hanche plus tendue que l&rsquo;autre! Il est certain que quelque chose ARRIVERA!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EXEMPLE #2:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tenez vous droit, croisez vos bras devant la poitrine avec les coudes pointant vers l&rsquo;avant. Tournez votre poitrine dans une direction et puis, vers l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un c&ocirc;t&eacute; sera peut-&ecirc;tre plus limit&eacute; que l&rsquo;autre. Si cela est le cas, devinez ce que vous devez faire?
