{"id":15085,"date":"2016-09-23T12:39:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-23T16:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.sportspecialists.ca\/?p=285"},"modified":"2016-09-23T12:39:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-23T16:39:00","slug":"chop-n-dump-ratatouille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportspecialists.ca\/fr\/2016\/09\/23\/chop-n-dump-ratatouille\/","title":{"rendered":"Chop &#8211; N &#8211; Dump Ratatouille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a simple recipe that can be used a side dish but also as a main dish.&nbsp; All you need is a knife, the requisite vegetables and your oven!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RECIPE (for about 4 side dishes):<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 small eggplants (chopped and diced)<\/p>\n<p>2 zucchinis (chopped and diced but not skinned)<\/p>\n<p>&frac12; cup of corn kernels (not cream of corn)<\/p>\n<p>Handful of dried cranberries<\/p>\n<p>a big handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in &frac12; to let their juices flow in the pot)<\/p>\n<p>Small, diced onion<\/p>\n<p>3-4 cloves of garlic diced<\/p>\n<p>15-20 Basil leaves (whole)<\/p>\n<p>2-3 TBSP of olive oil (or oil from a jar of sundried tomatoes)<\/p>\n<p>Tabasco sauce<\/p>\n<p>2 TBSP of raw honey<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a saucepan, heat up the oil and stir in onions until they are translucent.&nbsp; Add the garlic.&nbsp; From there, dump EVERYTHIING in the saucepan except for the basil leaves.&nbsp; Stir until the whole ratatouille is heated up and about 5 minutes prior serving, dump in the basil leaves whole.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Serve and enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a simple recipe that can be used a side dish but also as a main dish.&nbsp; All you need is a knife, the requisite vegetables and your oven!
