Si vous n\u2019y parvenez pas efficacement car les muscles de vos cuisses sont tendus, vous pouvez plier les genoux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li>Faites de petits pas vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re (comme un enfant) afin de vous placer en position \u00ab\u00a0pompe\u00a0\u00bb (ou push up). Pour un travail plus efficace des muscles du ventre, reculez vos pieds jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vos mains sur le sol soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus hautes que l\u2019emplacement de votre t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenez cette position durant 1 ou 2 secondes.<\/li>\n<li>De cette position, marchez vos pieds vers l\u2019avant en gardant vos genoux enti\u00e8rement droits, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vos fesses soient point\u00e9es vers le haut et en poussant vos talons vers le sol.<\/li>\n<li>Ressentez toute la tension dans vos mollets, l\u2019arri\u00e8re de vos genoux et les muscles de vos cuisses, et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez cet exercice une seconde fois.<\/li>\n<li>Cet exercice est id\u00e9al pour se r\u00e9chauffer et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement.
