Ch\u00fbt des genoux lat\u00e9rale (mobilit\u00e9 des hanches)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Couchez-vous sur le dos et laissez les genoux tomber doucement d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis de l\u2019autre<br \/>\n&#8211; Laissez les hanches accompagner le mouvement du genou<\/p>\n<p>15 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions par c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>ENDROIT CIBL\u00c9\u00a0: Le bas du dos et les hanches du genou tombant<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Livre ouvert (mobilit\u00e9 du tronc et des \u00e9paules)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pliez les genoux et gardez-les ensemble en tout temps<br \/>\n&#8211; Commencez l\u2019exercice en ayant les bras droits devant vous<br \/>\n&#8211;
