Mini-Band Arm Raises (shoulder mobility + rotator cuffs flexibility)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Place mini-band around the wrists<br \/>\n-Perform front raises<br \/>\n-Keep the elbows straight and contract the abs<br \/>\n-Keep your head in alignment<br \/>\n-do NOT arch your lower back!<\/p>\n<p>Hold 2s at the top and repeat 10-15 times<\/p>\n<p>TARGETTED AREA:\u00a0 Lats (back muscle)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Knee Drops (hip mobility)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Lying on your back, start lowering the knees slowly<br \/>\n-Let the hip accompany the movement of the knee<\/p>\n<p>15 knee drops per side<\/p>\n<p>TARGETTED AREA: Into low back and hip of the knee that is dropped<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Open Book (torso and shoulder mobility)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Bend knees and keep them together at all times<br \/>\n-Start arms straight in front of you<br \/>\n-Take a deep breath in and open the top arm till the midline<br \/>\n-Exhale as you open your top arm to reach for the mat<\/p>\n<p>Open 5 times and hold 5 seconds at the end range<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>TARGETTED AREA: Front of shoulder and thoracic spine (upper back)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
