He heard about us from his wife Lynne who suggested he come and see us for an evaluation of his movements. Having not undergone surgery but had cortisone for a disc issue, Paul was strictly doing his therapy elsewhere and was able to control the pain.<\/p>\n
However, this did not resolve other mechanical issues that he was faced with and being an avid golfer, with the explosive nature of the swing and the amount of play time, we needed to ensure that his body became super resilient.<\/p>\n
The one thing that impressed Paul about our business model and system is that we have professional trainers and therapists all in really great facilities. \u201cI have everything at my disposal\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cYour gym is not for the gym rat. It is so much more because exercise becomes 10x harder when doing it the right way!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe constantly updated programs are strengthening me and my body in all the right spots (i.e. the spots that need attention). I have to destabilize to learn proper positioning. My programs are modifiable regress and progress when needed\u201d.<\/p>\n
