She had tried other forms of therapy prior to seeing us and she made some progress but \u201cdidn\u2019t have the muscle strength for support\u201d due to the surgery.<\/p>\n<p>She had been to other gyms and studios that had the \u201cbest equipment\u201d however, there was no one in sight and you had to pay for a trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Coming to the SPORT Specialists, she wanted to continue working on strengthening her back but also wanted to improve on her physical golf game. \u201cI thought I was in shape\u201d. We began her training program where we showed her that the smallest movements have the biggest effect.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou offered me specific training for golf but also for my own situation. The evaluation was my own as well as knowing that supervised by professionals. I appreciate the teamwork and as soon as I was told, \u2018We got you\u2019 and \u2018We\u2019ll take care of you\u2019, I knew this was the right place.<\/p>\n<p>It is the communication and the teamwork between everyone on staff and the individualized programs that Lynne appreciates!<\/p>\n<p>Bien fait Lynne!
