Ils travaillent beaucoup et ne se font pas vraiment dorloter comme ils le devraient.<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc 3 fa\u00e7ons simples de rel\u00e2cher la tension dans vos avant-bras. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Placez le rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te sur une table ou un accoudoir. Roulez le devant de votre avant-bras sur le rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te pendant 30 \u00e0 60 secondes. Cela aidera \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher la tension au niveau des fl\u00e9chisseurs de l\u2019avant-bras, qui d\u2019ailleurs travaillent 24h\/24 et 7j\/7!<\/li>\n<li>Retournez votre bras et roulez de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 masser la partie post\u00e9rieure de l\u2019avant-bras. Il est possible que vous deviez tourner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre corps afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de rouler l\u2019os de l\u2019avant-bras sur le rouleau, ce qui serait plut\u00f4t douloureux!<\/li>\n<li>Tenez la poign\u00e9e du rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te. Gardez votre coude \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s et faites tourner le rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te d\u2019avant en arri\u00e8re pour lubrifier les muscles et les articulations responsable de la rotation au niveau du poigner et du coude.
