Roll the front portion of your forearm on the rolling pin between 30-60 seconds. This will help release tension on the forearm flexors, which are used 24\/7!<\/li>\n<li>Turn your arm upside-down and roll \/ massage the back side of the forearm. You may have to turn your body a bit more than usual so you don\u2019t end up massaging the forearm bone, as that will be quite painful!<\/li>\n<li>Grab the handle portion of the rolling pin.
