Kids are back in school! YAY!
As much as summertime is a time where families relax and get together for BBQs and vacations, the activity schedule can be quite hectic for kids and parents alike.
With school starting, our schedules will be slightly more regimented and organized and this is the PERFECT time to include fitness as part of your routine!
If you are returning to the fitness world, GREAT! If you haven’t been training for a while but would like to get back into it, EVEN BETTER! If you are new to fitness conditioning and training, there is no better time than NOW to begin!
Getting a FULL postural evaluation, a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessment, acquiring a conditioning program than has attainable goals, and team members of the studio that are passionate about you succeeding are the 4 KEY ingredients for a successful BACK TO SCHOOL!
We are also hosting an OPEN HOUSE WEEK from September 19th – September 23rd, 2016!
Throughout our Open House Week, we encourage you to bring friends and family members to come and participate in any of our 15 weekly group fitness classes. They can come in as often as they wish throughout these 5 days!
Do you know of someone who would benefit from our training systems and would like to join a gym culture that is nonjudgmental and encouraging?
