POLAR

One of our most popular classes! Our POLAR class uses your heart rate to get you into your upper & lower level heart rate zones to better burn the most amount of calories in the shortest time possible!

HYBRID 360, H.I.I.T CIRCUIT

These circuit training classes are designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories and increase your metabolism. Our hybrid 360 class begins with strength moves progressing into resistance training in a circuit for added benefit.

COMPLETE CONDITIONING, FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Increasing your lean muscle mass is the catalyst that helps burn calories and melt fat away! Our carefully crafted strength classes will strengthen you with full body movements to achieve the level of strength that you are looking for!

PILATES / TUNE UP

Our Pilates / Tune Up class is a perfect blend of Pilates and movement patterns designed to identify any potential weaknesses and work on those. Different strategies from different disciplines are utilized to get your body much more balanced!

STRETCH & CORE

Our popular Stretch & Core Class is an ideal way of combining the 2 elements of fitness and conditioning that are most required: functional mobility in all ranges and re-enforcement of these ranges through core stabilization training.

YOGA

Are you looking to increase your flexibility and your focus?

This class is designed to work your core and stabilizing muscles, help your breathing, and improve your mobility through various postures and series.
