THREE simple fat burning steps!

Here are 3 of the best fat-burning tips you can use that will work with ANY body type, ANY weight restriction, ANY body!

1. Drink more water per day: up to 1/2 your body weight in lbs. in ounces (example: 150lbs. / 2 = 75 ounces per day

2. Include protein with EVERY meal AND snack: protein will satiate you and will slow down absorption of into your system and lower the glycemic index of any food you eat along side with it…this includes AFTER a workout!

3. Exercise to sweat: Move your body and sweat! Resistance training, weight training, even cardiovascular exercises with intervals will increase your heart rate to the point where you will ramp up your metabolism for HOURS after finishing exercise
