These outdoor classes for youths are designed to complement your current strength-training program by focusing on exercises geared towards improving your power development, agility, absolute speed, and reaction time.
POWER AND AGILITY TRAINING:
JULY 31st @ 11am - 12pm
AUGUST 2nd @ 1pm - 2pm
SPEED & REACTION TIME TRAINING:
AUGUST 6th @ 6pm - 7pm
AUGUST 11th @ 10am - 11am
- POWER & AGILITY: The purpose of this youth class is to focus on exercises developed to increase lower body power development. We will also use drills to increase foot speed, which will improve your first 3 strides/steps to make you a faster athlete.
- SPEED & REACTION TIME: This youth class will focus on increasing your linear and lateral speed. This class will also include drills to improve your reaction time, which will help you gain a competitive edge in your sport.
