Have you ever wished that you would be able to get a massage at a moment’s notice? When you are at the gym, office or if you are resting at home, we sometimes get some aches and pains that we can’t reach.
This is where a lacrosse balls come in very handy.
You can tape two together so that there is an indentation in between them. Proceed to place the double lacrosse ball massager on your upper back between the shoulder blades leaning up against a wall.
From there, walk your feet out a little and squat up and down a few times in order to feel the 2 balls rolling up and down your mid back. This will replicate having someone run their fingers up and down your mid back releasing tension! Do this for about 30 seconds and repeat when needed!
