We recently completed reading a great book by Greg Wells, PhD and he found that exercise is the best drug of all that can be taken every single day!

As far as I'm concerned, you get a 5 in all categories!. Thanks for making me stronger, leaner, and fitter. I am on track to reach the proper level of fitness for my Ironman 70.3 and look forward to the balance of the journey.
